Problem viewing a particular page
- Check internet speed. Slow loading times are a possible reason why you can't view a particular page
- Refresh page.
- Log out and log back in.
- View the page in incognito or use a different browser.
Issues with uploading files
- Make sure that the file you are uploading is not more than 100MB (if you're in the free plan)
- If you're in the paid plan (pro or Business) make sure that the file you upload is not more than 1.5 GB
- File should be an X-M4A, MP3, MP4 or .WAV file

If you are having trouble downloading your meetings, check your browser's pop-up blocker settings and make sure downloads are enabled for Fireflies.ai.
