In this article, let us see how to highlight important moments after your meetings.
Method 1: Highlight key moments using meeting markers
Fireflies allow you to flag important moments of your meetings that you or your teammates can refer back to.
- Log in to your Fireflies account and click Meetings.
- Click the meeting you want to access.

- This takes you to the meeting Notepad. Here, you can find all the meeting markers at the bottom.
- You can leave a thumbs up or down.
- Bookmark a section for future reference.
- Or, leave an action item for your team or colleague.
- To remove any of these reactions, hover over the icon and click X.
Method 2: Highlight key moments using Soundbites
- You create impactful sound bites of your meetings and share it with your team. Highlight a part of the transcript you want to extract and click the create Soundbite option.

- Alternatively, you can also click Soundbite on the top to create manual or AI sound bites.

- All your sound bites will be saved under the Soundbite icon on the side navigation bar.
- Hover over the soundbite you want to edit. Click the three-dot menu.
- Select Edit.
- Change the title and the start and end duration. Once done, click Save.
- Click on the meatballs menu and click Share to send the clip to your colleagues so they can listen to key moments instead of the entire call.
