About Fireflies RingCentral integration
The Fireflies.ai RingCentral phone system and dialer integration lets you seamlessly transcribe every call made using RingCentral.
Note: If your CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is integrated with Fireflies, Fireflies will automatically match call participants to their corresponding contacts in the CRM, referring to their phone numbers. After each call, the meeting notes will be attached to the relevant contact records.
How to enable RingCentral and Fireflies integration
- Log into your Fireflies account and open Integrations.
- Search and open RingCentral.
- Click Connect. This will navigate you to the RingCentral website.
- Click Authorize this Connector
- Sign in to your RingCentral account and Click Authorize.
- Click Continue.
- If you want Fireflies to transcribe yourvoicemails then enable the Process Voicemails toggle and click Continue.
- If your account has multiple phone numbers, select a phone number from the dropdown and click Continue.
- Click Save.
- This completes the Fireflies and RingCentral integration. You will notice a green color tick mark on top of the integration indicating that the connection has been successful.
- If you’re the admin, click on Team options.
- Set the Team options and click Save.
- Now, whenever a new call is recorded on RingCentral, Fireflies will fetch the call from RingCentral and create transcripts and summaries within your Fireflies Notebook.
How to disable RingCentral and Fireflies integration
- To disable the integration, click on Disable.
- You will now see a Disabled status under the Current Configuration section.
