- Task Description – Summary of the action item.
- Meeting Title – The name of the meeting for context.
- Direct Link to the Full Recording – Instant access to the complete meeting transcription and audio.
- The tasks are logged into designated sections under the right Board and Space in Any.do to give you better visibility and keep everything organized.
- This integration is currently exclusive for Any.do team plan users.
How to integrate Any.do with Fireflies?
- Log in to Fireflies and navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Search for Any.do and click it.
- Click Connect.
- Next, click AUTHORIZE THIS CONNECTOR.
- You’ll be redirected to the Any.do authentication page. Click Allow.
- You’ll be routed back to Fireflies’ integration page. Click CONTINUE.
- Select the Space in Any.do where you want tasks to be added and click CONTINUE.
- Select the Board within the selected Space where you want the task to be organized and click CONTINUE.
- Select the Section within the selected Board where you want to add the task. Click CONTINUE.
- Test the integration by clicking CLICK TO CREATE A SAMPLE TASK IN ANY.DO. This will create a sample task in Any.do to verify that the setup is working correctly.
- Next, click CONTINUE.
- Complete the integration by clicking SAVE TO COMPLETE YOUR SETUP.
- Once saved, you’ll notice a green checkmark next to the Any.do icon and all the details of the integration. This means that the integration is active.
- This is how your future tasks will look in Any.do.
How does Any.do-Fireflies integration work?
After completing the integration, Fireflies will automatically push tasks from your meeting action items into the selected Any.do section. Here’s how it works:
- Tasks are created with the action item as the heading.
- Meeting details, such as the title (in brackets) and a link to the meeting recording, are included within the task.
This ensures all your meeting action items are accessible and actionable directly in Any.do.
How to enable Any.do integration for teams?
If you're a workspace admin, you can activate the Any.do integration for your entire team. Follow these steps to set it up:
- Once you’ve enabled the Any.do integration, click Team Options.
- A pop-up window will appear. By default, all team options are disabled.
- Enable the Apply to entire workspace option to activate it for your team. Click SAVE to apply the changes.
- To prevent team members from setting up their own integrations, enable the Restrict non-admin workspace member usage toggle and click SAVE.
- For complete control, turn on both toggles and click SAVE. This will enable Any.do for everyone and block users from making private integrations.
How to disable the Any.do-Fireflies integration?
- Click Disable on the top right corner.
- Your Any.do integration is now disabled. You’ll see a disabled icon next to the Feature version. And the Disable button at the top right corner will change to Enable.
- To completely remove the integration, click Disconnect.
- Clicking Disconnect will require you to follow the setup steps again if you choose to reconnect later.
