- By default, Fireflies logs notes under Zendesk Sell contacts.If a meeting participant is not in your contacts, Fireflies will create a new contact and log notes under that contact.
- If you only want Fireflies to log notes under existing contacts, Enable the Only log meeting data if contact already exists in CRM toggle and click Save Settings.
- Now, Fireflies will log notes only under existing contacts.
- To view the notes, go to the contact page in Zendesk Sell and click on the relevant contact.
- From the notes section, click Show more.
- You will find the Summary, Outline, Notes, and Action items.
