This guide explains the steps to follow for changing the credit card details on your Fireflies account.
How to change your credit card details on Fireflies
- You can add multiple payment cards to your Fireflies account.
- You must designate and keep one of the added cards as your default.
- The default card is used to generate and process your invoices. You can replace the default card with another one anytime.
- There is no option to edit the details of your card, but you can remove/delete them from your Fireflies payment options if needed.
How to change your default payment method by adding a new card
- Sign in to your Fireflies account.
- Open Settings and navigate to the Billing section.
- Under the Payment section, you’ll see all your saved credit cards.
- To replace your credit card with a new one, click Add card.
- Enter the details of the new card.
- Check the box labeled Make this card default to set the new card as your default payment method.
- Click Save. The new card will added as your default payment method.
How to set an existing card as your default payment method
- Hover over the card you want to use as default and click Make default.
