How to edit, modify or delete a User Group
- Go to Team.
- Click User Groups.
- Click on the User Group you want to edit.
- A pop-up will appear, allowing you to modify the details, add or delete teammates, and delete the entire group if needed.
1. Modify the details of a User Group
- You can edit the group's name or details as you prefer and click Save.
2. Add a new teammate to a User Group
- To add a new teammate, type in their email address or name and click Add.
3. Remove a teammate from a User Group
- To remove an existing member from the list, click the (X) button against their name.
4. Delete a User Group
- To delete an entire group, click Delete at the bottom of the pop-up.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Note: Once deleted, User Groups can’t be recovered.
