Steps to use voice commands in Asana
- Login to your Asana account and create a project where you want Fireflies to create tasks.
- Go to the Asana integration page of Fireflies, select the project you’ve created and a list where Fireflies will add tasks. You can also use existing projects and lists under your Asana workspace.
- Click Save Settings.
- Invite Fireflies to record and transcribe a meeting.
- During the conversation, use voice commands. For example, let’s use the command Remind me. You can say something like, “Remind me to create a calendar event with John on this Friday, 6 pm.”
- After the call is complete, you can go back to your specific task list within Asana. Here you’ll find the task Fireflies created with your voice command.
- You’ll also find the link to the meeting transcript and recording within the task description.
Additional tips
- Similarly, you can configure other project management integrations to create tasks based on voice commands.
- You can also set up a Slack integration and send a message to your chosen channel whenever keywords related to selected topics are mentioned in your meetings.
