This guide explains how you can configure and manage the visibility of AI Apps in your Fireflies workspace.
Why configure visibility
AI Apps' visibility settings allow you to decide who can see and use an AI App in your workspace. With this feature, you can:
- Keep apps private if they’re for personal use.
- Share apps selectively with specific teams or User Groups.
- Make apps visible to all teammates for broader collaboration.
Visibility options
When creating an AI App, you can set its visibility to one of the following:
Only Me: The app remains private and is visible only to you.
All Teammates: The app is visible to everyone in your workspace.
User Groups: Restrict the app’s visibility to a selected group of users.
The User Groups option is available only to Admins in the Business plan and above.

How to control AI Apps’ visibility
All AI Apps are private by default, meaning only the creator can see and use them. To change the visibility, follow these steps:
- Open the AI Apps section from your Fireflies dashboard.
- Create a new AI App or open the AI App that you want to modify.
- In this guide, we'll modify an existing app—the BANT Sales App. You can follow the same steps when creating a new app.
