This article covers steps to automatically create tasks on HubSpot from meeting action items.
- Ensure you've completed the steps to integrate HubSpot with Fireflies before proceeding further.

- From the Settings panel, scroll down to the Create tasks from meeting action items toggle.
Note: The toggle is OFF by default.
- To enable automatic task creation in HubSpot, switch the Create tasks from meeting action items On.
- Click Save Settings.
- Next time you complete a meeting, go to Tasks within HubSpot.
- You will find all the meeting action items listed as tasks.
