About the Meeting Info modal
- The Meeting Info modal gives instant access to meeting details such as—the meeting name, date, time, transcription language, summary, participants, privacy settings of the meeting recap, and the channels to which it is saved.
- You can find Meeting Info in the Fireflies Notebook and the Fireflies Notepad.
How to find Meeting Info from Notebook
- Log into your Fireflies account and open Meetings from the left-side navigation bar.
- Hover over the meeting to view the Meeting Info. An overview of the Meeting Info—a brief summary and the channels list—will appear.
- Click More.
- A pop-up window with details of the meeting summary, channels list, participants, and the privacy settings for the meeting recap will appear.
How to find Meeting Info on the Notepad
- Click the three-dot icon near the meeting name.
- Click About.
- The Meeting Info pop-up will appear on your screen.
How to move meetings to different channels from the Meeting Info modal
- You can move the meeting recap to other private or public channels directly from the Meeting Info modal.
- Open the Meeting Info for the meeting you want to move from the Notebook or Notepad.
- Click the Move button on the Meeting Info pop-up.
- The list of channels will appear.
- Select the channel to which you want to add the meeting recap.
