1. Why am I billed after the trial?
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be automatically billed for the paid plan.
- To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend canceling the trial subscription on or before the end date.
- If you've been charged after the trial ended, contact our support team to inquire about a refund based on our refund policy and your usage during the trial.

2. Why am I billed for inviting teammates?
- When you invite teammates to join your workspace, they are added as additional seats, which incur billing charges.
- This is also mentioned as a note in the Invite teammates pop-up.

If you've been billed for adding teammates, follow these steps:
- Remove the teammates from your workspace. Refer to the guide on how to deacctivate teammates.
- Contact our support team to initiate a refund. You may be eligible for a full or prorated refund based on our refund policy.
