This guide explains how to access your Fireflies’ invoices and bills from the dashboard.

How to view invoices and bills from Fireflies
- Log into your Fireflies account via the web app.
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Billing.
Note: Only workspace owners, Admins, and Super Admins have access to the Billing section. If you are only a member of your Team workspace, this section will not be available for you.
- In the Billing section, you can see current invoice details for Fireflies and AI Credits subscriptions, including the next billing date.

- Scroll down to the Billing history section to view or download all invoices.
- Click Download, and a new tab will appear.
- You will have two options:
- Download invoice.
- Download Receipt.

What is unused time in the invoice?
- Unused time refers to the portion of a subscription period a team member doesn't use because they were added or removed during the billing cycle.
For instance, if you add a new team member halfway through a month, you've effectively prepaid for a full month for that member, but they will only be using the service for half the month.
- The unused time applies to both adding and removing team members.
