1. What are meeting storage limits?
- Meeting storage limits are the total number of minutes you can store in your Fireflies Notebook. This includes both the audio files you have uploaded and the live meetings you have transcribed using Fireflies.
- It’s calculated based on minutes/seat.
2. What is the total meeting storage limit across the plans?

Pro plan | 8000 mins/seat (approx 130 one-hour meetings) |

3. Is the meeting storage limit recurring or fixed?
- The meeting storage limit is fixed for you and your teammates. It's similar to the cloud storage limit for applications like GDrive or Dropbox. There is no monthly rate limit on storage.
4. How to increase my meeting storage limits?
- Similar to transcription credits, you can increase your account’s storage limit by inviting people to your team workspace.
- This is only applicable to Free and Pro plan users since Business and Enterprise plans have unlimited storage.

5. How does shared meeting storage work for teams?
- Storage within the team workspace is shared among all the teammates.
- With Free and Pro plans, storage resources are allocated per user. By adding teammates, your total available pooled storage increases.
- For example, if your team has 4 users on the Pro plan, your storage would be 8000 minutes * 4 members = 32,000 total minutes. This gets shared among the entire team.
6. What happens when I hit the meeting storage limit?
- Your future meetings will be captured, however, you will need to delete meetings from your Notebook to access them.

7. What’s the difference between meeting storage limits and rate limits?
- Meeting storage limits refer to the total amount of meeting minutes that can be stored in your Fireflies account, including both live meetings and audio files that have been uploaded. On the other hand, rate limits are the number of minutes of past meetings or audio uploads you can transcribe monthly using Fireflies.
