This article covers steps to log meeting notes under HubSpot Contacts. Ensure you've completed the HubSpot-Fireflies integration steps before proceeding further.

Under new Contacts
- By default, Fireflies logs notes under contacts. So, no action is required from you.
- Schedule a meeting with a new participant.
- After 15-20 minutes, go to the HubSpot CRM, and you’ll see the new participant logged as a contact.
- You’ll find the transcripts, audio, and the meeting summary logged in Contacts under the Notes section.
Under existing Contacts
- In the Fireflies HubSpot integration settings, enable the option to Only log meeting data if contact/lead already exists in CRM.
- By enabling this toggle, Fireflies will only log notes in HubSpot if a contact exists.
- Schedule a meeting with a HubSpot contact and add the Fireflies bot to the invite.
- After the meeting, go to HubSpot. Click on the contact.
- Within the Contact, go to Notes and click on the note.
- You will find the Summary, Outline, Notes, and Action items logged under the Lead.
