If your email address belongs to a company domain, Fireflies suggests other members with email addresses from the same domain.
- Go to the Fireflies web app and click Team.
- Click Invite Teammate on the top right.
- A new pop-up window will appear. You can see teammates already on Fireflies and those who are not. Click on the drop-down icon to see the complete list.
- If you want to invite all the team members simultaneously, click Invite X* people.
*X represents the number of people with your domain’s email address.
- To invite your team members individually, uncheck the boxes to unselect all email IDs and click the drop-down icon.
- Now, manually check every email address you want to invite to your workspace.
- Click Invite X* people.
*X represents the number of email addresses you’ve selected.
- Fireflies will send an invite to their email address. Ask them to open the email and click Join Now.
- This will redirect them to a confirmation page. Ask them to click Accept to join your workplace.
Automatically invite all new company users to the team
To reduce the hassle of inviting every new teammate to Fireflies, you can automate this process.
- Go to the Fireflies web app and click Team.
- Click the settings icon on the top right.
- Under Team Settings, toggle Add new users from my company to the team.
Now, everyone who logs in to Fireflies from your company email address will automatically be added to your workspace.
