This guide explains how to access your meeting recordings, transcripts and summaries on the Fireflies Mobile App.

How to access meeting recordings in the Fireflies Mobile App
- Open the Fireflies Mobile App.
- Tap the Notebook icon on your Home screen.
- Tap the meeting you want to access.
- The meeting will open in the Fireflies Notepad.
- There are three tabs: Summary, Transcript, and Soundbites.
1. Summary tab
This shows the AI-generated summary of your meeting. While on this tab, you can do the following:
- Click on the Search icon at the top to search across the transcript using keywords.
- Tap on the Comment icon to add comment threads.
- Tap on AskFred at the bottom to ask questions about the transcript or generate content from it.
- Tap the share icon and enter the email address or User Group to share the recording and transcript with other stakeholders.
Note: Meeting recordings are public by default. Read this guide to change your meeting privacy settings.
- Click on the three dots.
- You can choose to share, rename, download, or delete the meeting.
2. Transcript tab
- Here, you can see the time-stamped transcription of your meeting.
- Tap on the Smart Search icon at the bottom to apply filters and search faster.
3. Soundbites tab
- Find the all soundbites that belong to the meeting under this tab.
Tap on the + icon to generate new soundbites.
