- Fireflies Chrome extension lets you capture and transcribe Loom and Soapbox videos and store them in your Fireflies Notebook with a single click.

How to record and transcribe Loom videos
- Open the Chrome extension store in your Google Chrome browser. Search for Fireflies: AI meeting notes, or click this link. Click Add to Chrome.
- Click Add extension.
- Click the Extensions icon on your Chrome navigation bar.
- Pin the extension Fireflies: AI meeting notes for a smoother experience.
- Click the Fireflies extension icon and open the Fireflies access drawer.
- Click Continue with Google to create your Fireflies account or log into your existing account.
- Select your Google account and click Continue.
- Click Allow to grant Fireflies access to your Google Calendar metadata.

- Open the Loom video in your Chrome browser.
- Click the floating Fireflies icon on your screen. This saves the video to your Fireflies Notebook instantly.
How to access and share the recorded Loom videos
All the videos captured via the extension are saved automatically to your Fireflies Notebook. Here’s how to access them:
- Open the Fireflies extension icon and click My Meetings.
- Click View all. This will navigate you to your Fireflies Notebook.
- Find your video and click on it. This opens the video in Fireflies Notepad.
- Click Share at the top right corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear.
- In the pop-up, enter the User group or the email addresses you want to share with, and then, click Invite.
