At Fireflies, we are committed to providing a fair and reliable service to all our users.
Our Fair Usage Policy is designed to ensure that each user gets the most out of their Fireflies account while maintaining integrity and accountability.
1. Unique account requirement
- Each Fireflies account must be associated with a unique email address, belonging to one individual user.
- This email should not be a generic or group email address (e.g., sales@company.com, team@company.com).
- Violations of this policy, including the use of generic email addresses to integrate multiple individual users or multiple calendars, are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or deactivation without prior notice.
2. Concurrent meetings
- To accommodate users with overlapping meeting schedules, we allow Fireflies accounts on paid plans to be active in up to three concurrent meetings (maximum).
- This ensures that our services are used efficiently without disruption.
3. Account monitoring
- We regularly monitor accounts for any activity that violates our Fair Usage Policy.
- This helps us maintain a secure and responsible user environment.
4. Seat additions
- If you need to add more users to your Fireflies service, we encourage you to upgrade your plan accordingly and add seats to your existing Fireflies account.
- Sharing account logins or employing generic email addresses to circumvent this policy is not permitted.
