How to fix Outlook auto-login issues
If Outlook automatically logs into the wrong account when you’re signing up for Fireflies, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Open your Outlook app.
- Open Settings.
- In the Accounts>Email accounts section, click Manage against an account.
- Click Remove.
- Select Remove from this device.
- Click OK.
- This way, remove all your logged-in Outlook accounts.
- Once done, open your web browser settings and clear the cache and cookies to remove any stored login information.
- Next, open the Outlook app or website and log into the account you intend to use for Fireflies.
- Once logged in, open the Fireflies website and proceed to Sign up.
