This guide covers how to transcribe unlimited meetings using the Fireflies' free plan.
Different ways to get unlimited transcripts
Free plan users get unlimited transcripts when:
- The Fireflies AI notetaker joins a meeting as a participant, and when the auto-join is toggled ON and send email recap to is set to "Everyone on the invite”.
- Google Meet meetings are recorded using the Fireflies Chrome extension.
- Physical or offline meetings are recorded using the Fireflies mobile app.
How to enable unlimited transcripts
1. Setting email recap settings to "Everyone on the invite”
- By default, you get three transcription credits. To get unlimited transcription credits, log in to Fireflies and toggle the Auto-join calendar meetings to ON.
- Then, click the dropdown under Send email recap to.
- Select Everyone on the invite.
- Unlimited transcripts will now show at the top of your dashboard.
2. Using Chrome extension to record and transcribe Google Meet meetings
- No action is needed. Unlimited transcripts are automatically enabled for Google Meet recordings.
