To get started with configuring SSO for Fireflies with Jumcloud, follow the steps below
- Open up the admin panel within Jumpcloud.
- Click on SSO applications on the left navigation panel.
- Click Get Started.
- Search SAML in the search bar and select the Custom SAML App.
- Click Next.
- Enter the name, description and application Logo.
- Scroll down to the advanced settings, and input firefliesai at the end of the IDP URL. Now, click Save Application.
- Click Configure Application.
- This takes you to the applications page. The configuration page opens up. Input the IdP entity ID and SP entity ID fields. Enter firefliesai as the value for both these fields.
Note: These fields are case-sensitive so please ensure you enter it all in small letters.
- Click the IDP Certificate Valid dropdown and select Download certificate.
- Keep the IDP URL and the IDP certificate in hand. You will need to input both of these by visiting the URL: https://app.fireflies.ai/auth/sso. Once you've done this, click Configure SSO.
- You will now see the Postback URL, also known as the ACS - consumer URL - within Jumpcloud and the unique login URL that you and your team can use to login to Fireflies.
- Copy the postback URL from the above page and input it into the relevant field in the Jumpcloud App configuration page.
- As the final step, head over to User groups and assign the App to all relevant user
- Click Save
