Key points
1. Remove and re-invite Fireflies
- Just like any other participant, you can remove Fireflies from the meeting.
- You can also use the add to live meeting feature to invite Fireflies back to the meeting.
2. Waiting time
- The Fireflies Notetaker bot will only join the meeting upon approval from the meeting host.
- If there is a delay in the host approving the bot's permission to join, or if the meeting room is enabled but the bot is not immediately admitted, Fireflies will wait for up to 20-30 minutes. After that waiting period, the bot will exit and stop attempting to join the meeting.
3. Call duration
- To process your meeting transcripts, Fireflies needs to be in the meeting for at least 3 minutes.
- Fireflies can stay until the end of your meeting or for up to 240 minutes or four hours.
