This guide explains how Fireflies admins can enable the HubSpot integration for their entire workspace.
Prerequisite
- Ensure you have the required permissions from HubSpot to enable this integration as a Fireflies admin. See requirements here.
Enable HubSpot integration
- Click Team.
- Click Settings.
- Click Team Integration.
- Enable the HubSpot integration.
- Sign in to your HubSpot account
- Choose your account.
- Provide the necessary permissions to authorize Fireflies.
- This will redirect you back to the Fireflies app. Notice the green check mark on the HubSpot icon and the Active status.
Configure Fireflies HubSpot integration settings
- The HubSpot Settings enable you to customize how meeting notes are logged within the CRM. Key elements include:
| Setting | Default status | Comments |
| Create meeting participant as a lead | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies creates a new lead for each meeting participant. |
| Only log meeting data if contact/lead already exists in CRM | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies Logs meeting data only if the contact/lead already exists in the CRM. |
| Log just a note after the meeting ends | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies logs the meeting as a note instead of both calls and notes. |
| Transcribe HubSpot dialer calls | ON | Automatically transcribes HubSpot dialer calls and logs notes under appropriate contacts or deals |
| Log meeting notes to company | ON | Logs meeting notes under the associated company. |
| Create tasks from meeting action items | ON | Automatically create tasks in HubSpot from meeting action items |
| Log meeting notes under pipeline deals | OFF | If enabled, Fireflies logs meeting notes under deals from the selected pipeline. |
| Deal pipeline | Blank | Select the deal pipeline to log meeting notes under its associated deals. Requires reconnection on first use. |
| Deal stage | Blank | Select the deal stages from the chosen pipeline to log meeting notes. Requires reconnection on first use. |
