Using Topic Tracker in your integrations
If you have integrated Fireflies with Slack or other supported project management tools, you can use Topic Tracker to create tasks based on keywords mentioned in the meeting. Let's explore how this works for Asana.
Before you start using Topic Tracker in Asana, ensure to set up relevant topics. Here’s how to set up Topic Tracker.
After connecting Asana and authorizing the integration, you must add topic names from the Asana integration page.
Read this article to set up Fireflies Asana integration.
You can add one or more topics that you want Fireflies to track.
Click Save settings.
Once this is set up, Fireflies will create tasks in your configured list underneath the relevant project. The tasks created will reference the snippet of the conversation where the keyword was mentioned.
