As an admin, you have several controls to manage your team's meetings in your Fireflies workspace after processing them. Let’s have a look at these settings.
Organize meetings within Channels
- Channels help you to organize meetings captured by Fireflies. As an admin, you have the following controls:
Admins can move any publicly accessible meeting in the workspace to a private or public channel.
Only admins can create private channels. Meetings stored in private channels are accessible only to users added to that particular channel.
Admins can add or remove members from any private channel they belong to.
Admins can rename public or private channels they are a part of.

Set viewing permissions with meeting privacy settings
- Admins can control who can access meetings by adjusting the privacy settings for individual meetings or setting a default privacy level for all meetings in their workspace.
Everyone: The meeting is visible to all users in the workspace.
Only Me: Only the admin can access the meeting.
Only Teammates: The meeting is visible to all teammates in the workspace, excluding guests or external participants.
Only Participants: The meeting is visible to only meeting participants.
Participants and Teammates: The meeting is visible to both participants and all teammates in the workspace.

Share meetings with User Groups
- User Groups lets you share meetings with only specific groups of users within your Fireflies team workspace.
- Admins can create User Groups and add selected teammates from their workspace to each group.

Delete meetings, soundbites, and playlists
- Admins have the privilege to delete any publicly accessible meeting, Soundbites or Playlists in the Fireflies workspace, including meetings they do not own.
- These meetings can be deleted from either the Notebook or the Notepad.
