This guide explains all the post-meeting controls Fireflies admins get to manage the meetings recorded and processed in their workspace.
Organize meetings
- Channels are folders within the Fireflies Notebook that help you to organize meetings captured by Fireflies.

- By default, Fireflies automatically organizes all your meetings into 3 Channels - #my Meetings, #All meetings, #shared with me.
- On top of these default channels, admins can create Public or Private Channels to organize meetings.
- Admins can move any publicly accessible meeting in the workspace to a private or public channel.
- Admins in the Enterprise plan have access to Rules Engine, which allows you to move meetings to a specific channel automatically.

Control meeting accessibility
- Admins can control who can access meetings by adjusting the privacy settings for individual meetings or setting a default privacy level for all meetings in their workspace.

Share meetings
- User Groups lets you share meetings with only specific groups of users within your Fireflies team workspace.
- Admins can create User Groups and add selected teammates from their workspace to each group.

Search meetings
- Admins can search for any publicly accessible meeting in the Fireflies workspace.
- Admins can also search for private meetings that they were either a participant of or are present in a private channel they are a member of.

Edit meeting transcript, summaries, and speaker labels
Admins can edit summaries, transcripts, or speaker labels of all accessible meetings in their workspace.

Regenerate meeting summaries
Admins can regenerate the meeting summary for a recording.

Download meetings
Admins can download the transcript, summary, audio, and video of any meetings recorded to their workspace.

Delete meetings, soundbites, and playlists
- Admins have the privilege to delete any publicly accessible meeting, Soundbites, or Playlists in the Fireflies workspace, including meetings they do not own.
- These meetings can be deleted from either the Notebook or the Notepad.
